Training managers must identify training needs within the organization. They analyze performance gaps, evaluate existing skills, and determine the most relevant training topics.

5. Technology Proficiency

It is necessary to have knowledge of elearning tools and learning management systems (LMS). Training managers need to feel at ease using digital media to provide content.

6. Adaptability of Flexibility skills

The field of training is rapidly changing. Effective managers welcome new approaches and adjust to  changing conditions.Training packages are modified in response to feedback and new developments
